Dr. Vanita Pathak Ray believes that scientific progress in ophthalmology is built on shared knowledge and continuous learning.
Through her academic work, surgical mentorship, and international collaborations, she contributes to shaping the next generation of glaucoma specialists while promoting evidence-based, ethical medical practice.

Academic Teaching & Training

Dr. Pathak- Ray is deeply involved in specialty and  postgraduate teaching and clinical mentorship in glaucoma and cataract management.

Her sessions emphasize diagnostic precision, surgical skill refinement, and patient-centered ethics.
